How Durable is the Case?
Our cases are built to last—crafted from premium materials that absorb shock and guard against drops, scratches, and everyday wear. The image is embedded directly into the case surface, so it won’t peel, fade, or wear off over time. Slim yet tough, each case offers a precision fit that protects your device without adding bulk.
Is the Case Waterproof?
While the case can handle minor splashes or light moisture—just wipe it dry and you're good to go—it’s not fully waterproof. Prolonged exposure to humidity or water may cause condensation inside the case, which can affect the performance of the ink display. For best results, keep your case dry and avoid extended exposure to wet environments.
Which iPhone Models Does the ReinkCase Support?
Our C1 Series is designed to fit a wide range of iPhones, including:
iPhone 13, 13 Pro, 13 Pro Max
iPhone 14, 14 Pro, 14 Pro Max
iPhone 15, 15 Pro, 15 Pro Max
Please note: iPhone 13/14/15 Plus and mini models are not currently supported.
The X1 Series is built exclusively for the iPhone 16 Pro Max, while the C2 Series is made specifically for the iPhone 16 Pro.
Does the Case Need to Be Charged?
No charging needed—ReinkCase has no built-in battery. It uses low-energy NFC technology to update the display, drawing minimal power directly from your phone. That means zero charging hassle and no added drain on your battery.
Can I Upload My Own Pictures?
Yes! Along with choosing from a variety of designs in the app’s theme store, you can also upload your own photos directly from your phone’s gallery. Personalize your ReinkCase with the images that matter most to you—anytime you like.
How Can I Improve the E-Ink Display Quality?
ReinkCase features a four-color e-ink screen that uses black, white, red, and yellow ink particles. Because of this color range, images with blue or purple tones may not display as clearly. For the best results, we recommend using images with warmer tones—like reds, yellows, or high-contrast visuals. You can also enhance your images using filters with bold color saturation, such as Blues, Gothic, or Lomo. This helps the final display appear sharper and more vibrant.
Will It Drain My Phone’s Battery?
Not at all. ReinkCase uses a tiny amount of power—less than 1%—only during image transfers. Once the image is set, the e-ink screen uses no power to maintain the display. It’s designed to be ultra-efficient, so you won’t notice any impact on your phone’s battery life.
What’s the Quality of the Image Transfer Like?
ReinkCase delivers high-resolution, long-lasting image quality using advanced transfer technology. Your designs come out crisp and vibrant, with colors that hold up to daily use. The print is built directly into the case surface—so it won’t fade, peel, or wear away over time.
Does ReinkCase Support MagSafe?
ReinkCase is compatible with wireless charging, so you can power up without removing the case. However, it does not support MagSafe’s magnetic attachment feature at this time.
